The chat room owner will always be directly responsible for the chat room, it's content, nature and usage. The chat room must comply with the rules and regulations of the Stelivo chat server. This includes the nature of the chat room and the website connecting to it. The website that links to the chat room must advertise a service that complies with the Stelivo rules and regulations.

All user chat rooms on the Stelivo server belong to Stelivo. The purchaser has full control over the chat room on a leased agreement. Stelivo staff members have rights within the room to edit settings and perform commands if necessary to comply with It's own terms of service with COPPA It's data centers and the safety/well being of the Stelivo users.

Promotion of the Room within Stelivo

You may not advertise your chat room on the other rooms of Stelivo. You may not promote advertising to the users of your chat room. Do not ask people in other chat rooms to join your chat room, do not P2P spam or send mass invites. We can check through audit logs and find out if members are performing mass invites and when. This is considered as spam and will result in your chat rooms termination.

Web Links

You may not display any weblinks on your Chat Room Topic or Chat Room Welcome. Excessive spammed links within your chat room is also not allowed, this could result in your chat room contract being terminated.

Chat Room Takeovers

If you have purchased the Chat Master package then this does not apply to you. If your chat room persistantly gets taken over and requires administration assistance for it to run again you may be charged with a reactivation fee of $5. If your chat room does get taken over by a person banning everyone you can type /RESET ROOMNAME. This will clear the ban list and topic which will allow you to re-join your chat room. If you have made someone an owner in your chat room and they have removed your ownership it will cost $5 for it to be reinstated.

Late Payment

Late payment will result in your chat room becoming inaccessible on the day of the payment. It will remain in idle status untill the second attempt of us trying to bill your paypal account. If that also fails the chat room will be removed and your IP address will be blacklisted never to be allowed to register a chat room on the Stelivo server again.

Refunds

Stelivo has a no refund policy. We make it very clear the form of payment we use and if a subscription has not been canceled it is the responsibility of the paypal account owner.

Moderation/Room Settings

The chat room settings are free for the room owner to do as he/she pleases with it. If you are on the standard package please do not enter a colour topic. If you excessively add a colour topic to your chat room it will be terminated.

Support

The starter package customers have no means to enter the #Help chat room and request support. Stelivo will also not act on a user entering the chat room requesting information/unbanning or anything to do with a starter package room. Chat Masters can recieve support from the help room but Stelivo will not offer support for users inquiring about the purchased chat room.
